Our client, a fast-growing international biopharmaceutical company with a strong focus on neuroscience and specialty care, is seeking an experienced
Medical Science Liaison Lead**
to strengthen its scientific engagement across Poland.

This is a key position within a company entering an exciting stage of expansion — ideal for a Medical Affairs professional who combines deep scientific knowledge with strong communication and leadership skills.

What You'll Do

  • Establish and maintain strong scientific partnerships with national and regional experts, medical societies, and healthcare professionals.
  • Translate complex clinical and scientific data into meaningful insights that support education, awareness, and patient outcomes.
  • Act as a trusted, field-based expert providing non-promotional, evidence-based information to HCPs and stakeholders.
  • Support pre-launch and launch planning, clinical data dissemination, and medical education initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Regulatory, Market Access, and Commercial teams to align on country strategy.
  • Gather and communicate key medical insights to shape local medical plans and contribute to evidence generation activities.
  • Identify and support investigator-initiated research and other collaborative scientific opportunities.
  • Represent the organisation at conferences, symposia, and key scientific events.

Who You Are

  • Advanced scientific or medical qualification (MD, PharmD, PhD, or MSc).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Medical Affairs or as a Medical Science Liaison within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
  • In-depth understanding of the Polish healthcare environment, ethical codes, and compliance framework.
  • Therapeutic experience in neurology, immunology, or other specialty areas is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of building effective, credible relationships with KOLs and cross-functional partners.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and scientific storytelling skills in Polish and English.
  • Strategic, analytical, and self-driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across regions.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Poland.
