About the Role
As the D365 Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimising D365 Finance and Operation to ensure the system runs efficiently and effectively. You will act as a vital link between the Finance and IT teams, addressing the end user queries promptly and ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. Your personable nature and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service will be key in fostering a supportive and responsive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the day-to-date operations, maintenance and updates of D365 F&O, plus any additional systems support that may be required.
- Providing end user assistance and troubleshooting any issues raised.
- Raising areas of potential improvement to the Group Head of Financial Systems and assisting with requirements gathering and scoping.
- Documenting new processes and ensuring users are trained.
- Providing expert advice on improvements to existing technologies.
- Maintaining relationships with vendors and technology partners.
- Ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
Qualifications
- CA/CPA Part-Qualified or Degree in Accounting preferred
- Certifications in SQL Server or Data highly regarded
- 3+ years in a finance systems focused role using D365 Finance and Operations
- Power BI exposure
- Intermediate SQL
- Advanced Excel, including VBA
- API connections
- Power Apps
- Accurate, detailed and solution oriented.
- Communication skills and service oriented.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ambition to grow to a senior controller role
