At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Software Developer (.NET / SharePoint) to join our UniQue team.

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Adapt SharePoint 2019 applications and systems to SharePoint Subscription for deployment.
  • Design and develop the training management platform as interconnected Microsoft-based systems, independent from SharePoint, including software development and testing for deployment.
  • Design and develop new Microsoft-based applications and systems for training management, based on business requirements and user stories from the Product Backlog.
  • Collaborate with the Institution's Project Owners to translate business requirements into system design and development, enhancing usability and user experience.
  • Perform accessibility testing (e.g., screen readers).
  • Contribute to requirements analysis, testing, quality assurance, change management, and deployment activities.
  • Provide training to the Institution's administrators on application usage.
  • Perform adaptive maintenance: implement modifications necessary to maintain full operational capability due to upgrades or changes in underlying software products (operating systems, databases, infrastructure software).
  • Perform corrective maintenance: identify and fix failures, bugs, vulnerabilities, and performance issues to restore systems to optimal working order.
  • Perform preventive maintenance: implement changes to prevent future failures, bugs, and errors, focusing on evolving requirements and features.
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd line technical support on a daily basis.

What do you need to succeed in this position?

  • Bachelor degree in IT with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of project experience in a similar role or relevant profile.
  • Experience as a Software Developer in at least 2 projects focused on design, implementation, and deployment of ICT solutions enabling knowledge management, tasks, workflows, digital collaboration, and document handling.
  • At least 5 years of experience working with Angular framework and .NET.
  • At least 5 years of experience in developing SharePoint-based systems. Has completed at least one full lifecycle of a software solution.
  • Expert in developing enterprise-level software systems in the specified technology domain.
  • Knowledge of UML and ability to design applications using UML.
  • Proficient in designing and developing the data layer, business logic layer, and UI layer.
  • Experience working in Scrum/Agile development environments.
  • At least one advanced-level certificate in a software development technology domain, or an equivalent internationally recognized certification.
  • Good knowledge of written and spoken English is required (B2 CEFR).
