Job Mission

Support the visibility and outreach of Radix Ventures by helping build the brand presence, scout promising startups, and engage the ecosystem of innovators and investors.

Key Responsibilities


• Conduct startup scouting and initial screening


• Perform market and competitor analyses to support investment theses


• Assist in maintaining Radix's website and social media presence


• Support the preparation of investor updates and communication materials


• Coordinate participation in startup and investment events


• Monitor marketing activities of portfolio companies and provide support


• Back office operations, including administrative tasks

Key Competences and Requirements


• University degree (can be final year student or recent graduate) in marketing, communications, business, or related field


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish


• Experience with social media, Webflow, or marketing analytics tools is a plus


• Passion for startups, innovation, and entrepreneurship


• Creativity, autonomy, and willingness to learn fast

This is a hybrid work, full-time position. Selected candidate will be expected to work from Radix Ventures office in Warsaw, at least 3 days per week.
