Your Key Responsibilities

  • Organizing and dispatching of domestic and cross-border transports containing road, air, sea, CEP shipments
  • Advising shipments in customer portals
  • Organizing of Premium Freights
  • Creating of necessary shipping documents for domestic and international transports
  • Tracking and tracing of shipments
  • Coordinating interfaces – sales, carrier, shipping agency, etc.
  • Supporting projects and roll-outs in all stages

Your Qualifications

  • Completed studies or pursuing a degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering or related field
  • Very good command of the Polish language (min. B2 level)
  • Very good command of the English language (min. B1/B2 level)
  • Knowledge of German is a plus
  • Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in transport processes and transport adminsitration
  • Familiarity with SAP
  • Knowledge of Databases (e.g. Access, SQL) is advantageous
  • Strong organizational skills
