Global Business Services (GBS) drives alignment among business units to integrate governance, locations, and business practices across the enterprise to achieve transformative performance improvements. GBS drives collaboration and sharing to improve delivery efficiency, effectiveness, and business outcomes.

How You'll Create Impact
  • Provide leadership and manage the RTR Cash & Fixed Assets team.
  • Oversee GBS RTR Cash & Fixed Assets team processes and activities including:
  • Upload of bank statement from bank,
  • Processing bank payments and other cash &bank transactions, Investigation and resolving of unknown items on bank statements and transitory accounts,
  • Bank Accounts reconciliations,
  • Processing fixed asset subledger transactions per guidelines: adding new asset as per eCAR request, modifying asset, scrapping asset
  • Depreciation run
  • Fixed Assets reconciliations
  • Lease accounting
  • Preparation of Data Forms related with Fixed Assets in HFM/ Financial reports
  • Audit Support
  • Assure timely completion of activities allocated to the team
  • Manage staffing assignments to ensure appropriate coverage of areas within the department.
  • Oversee the selection, training, work assignments and development of staff.
  • Provide necessary reporting for Management
  • Identify and drive initiatives related with process efficiency and improvements

  • Ability to think critically to perform other duties and ad-hoc requests, as assigned.
  • Computer skills including: SAP, Blackline, HFM/FCCS
  • Communicative spoken and written English is a must
Your Background
  • An university degree in Accounting or Finance
  • At least 5 years of experience in Senior Accountant role or Team Leader role with experience in respective area of competence
