Role overview

Joining us for Slovak market means taking on a key role in driving our growth and expanding our footprint in this dynamic region. As a Influencer Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial part in accelerating our market penetration. Your role is identify new opportunities, build relationships with influencers, and deliver on ambitious growth targets.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an established company with a growing presence in the region, where your contributions will have a direct and measurable impact on our success.

Main Responsibilities
  • Establish the presence of Metapic on the markets.
  • Independently manage influencer marketing campaigns for e-commerce clients.
  • Analyze data and optimize campaigns based on KPIs.
  • Select influencers, negotiate terms, and oversee collaborations.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with influencers and onboard new creators.
  • Communicate directly with clients: provide recommendations, feedback, and reports.
  • Collaborate with international teams to grow Metapic's platform and processes.
  • Represent Metapic at Events: attend relevant industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: partner with internal teams (e.g., campaign managers, product) to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns and alignment with client expectations.
  • Help Shape the Future of Metapic Mission with your perspectives, ideas, and skills.


Your profile
  • Slovák based and Slovák native speaker
  • +3 years of experience in Digital/ Influencer Marketing industry
  • Has analytical skills, because we work mainly with data
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing strategies, platforms, and metrics to understand the business
  • Understands the challenges of e-commerce and has experience in affiliate marketing
  • Business-level English, because we communicate in international groups every day
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills to cooperate with hundreds of influencers monthly.
