We are looking for a talented low-code engineer with expertise in Microsoft technologies, to shape, deliver and maintain new specialised content and tools that empower our customers to address enterprise use cases effectively. As part of our Solutions Team - a dynamic group of low-code and BI developers - you'll collaborate with subject matter experts to create outcome-focused solutions using OrbusInfinity and its connected products.

Your key objectives:

• Develop orchestrated components to support business use cases and deliver end-to-end solutions for our customers.
• Design, implement, and maintain use case components, primarily leveraging low-code development techniques.
• Build high-quality components using software engineering best practices and productivity tools for rapid delivery.
• Enhance deployment and automation techniques to maximize efficiency and scalability.

Core Responsibilities:

• Co-define, develop, and maintain specialized components (content and tools) to support use cases using low-code capabilities.
• Collaborate with business teams and SMEs to shape and refine components during development and maintenance.
• Take ownership of component delivery, including implementation, communication, adherence to timelines, and deployment by customers.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment.
• Contribute to the management and enhancement of processes for low-code components, proposing improvements where needed.
• Test new components to ensure functionality, enable efficient onboarding for customers, and conduct root-cause analysis to suggest alternative configurations when necessary.

Essential:

• Strong focus on user experience and a proactive approach to improving it.
• Deep understanding of standardized development practices.
• Expertise in low-code tools, including:
  • Logic Apps
  • Power Automate
  • SharePoint
• Background in full-stack development, including APIs, basic web page creation, and orchestration of code blocks.
• Proficiency in one of the following programming languages: JS/TS and/or C#, enabling easy creation of scripts or code blocks.
• Experience with Azure DevOps (preferred) or other CI/CD pipelines for deployment automation.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to discuss business problems, work closely with business teams, and translate requirements into technical solutions.

Desirable:

• Familiarity with Prismatic or other low-code development platforms/technologies.
• Solid understanding of software development processes and terminology.
• Curiosity and initiative in researching new technologies to improve use case delivery.
• Comfortable working and collaborating with internal stakeholders remotely.
• Confidence in leading internal projects and working directly with business stakeholders.
• Ability to challenge constructively to ensure efficient use case solutions.
• Enthusiasm for learning new products, testing documentation, and becoming a hands-on user.
