About us

We're building a new kind of healthcare for men - evidence-based, expert-led, and relatable. 

Starting from zero, we're looking for a Content Creator & Channel Producer who will turn doctors into recognizable medical creators.

This is a hands-on creative role for someone who lives and breathes social media and can turn complex medical topics into engaging, trustworthy content. You must know what performs on short-form platforms like Reels, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts, as well as on long-form platforms like YouTube, podcasts, and posts.

What you'll do

You'll be the creative engine behind our influencer and expert channels - from concept to publication.

You'll work closely with the Head of Marketing and CEO to bring the company's strategy to life through daily content.

  • Develop and produce video content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) - from script to post-production,

  • Build and grow social channels for our doctors and medical experts (IG, TikTok, YT Shorts),

  • Research trends, formats, and audience insights to shape new series and recurring video formats,

  • Collaborate with doctors to help them look natural and confident on camera,

  • Edit and publish videos using tools you like and find most effective,

  • Manage calendars, posting schedules, and performance tracking (reach, ER, growth),

  • Coordinate content needs with the Head of Marketing and Medical Director,

  • Uphold quality, brand, and medical compliance (E-E-A-T and ethical guidelines).

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in active content creation, video production, or social media management,

  • Proven portfolio of short-form video (IG Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and long-form content (YouTube, podcasts, posts) with strong engagement,

  • Solid understanding of visual storytelling, hooks, and trend adaptation,

  • Technical skills in video editing, lighting setup, sound and design, including hardware and software tools,

  • Excellent sense of tone and aesthetics for health/wellness communication,

  • Confidence working directly with experts and filming people on set,

  • High ownership and independence - ability to plan, record and publish solo,

  • Native Polish + comfortable English (creative writing level).

Strong plus

  • Experience working with medical / wellness content or regulated brands,

  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g. IG, TikTok, YouTube Studio),

  • Basic understanding of marketing funnels and performance metrics.
