We are a hands‑on team scaling modern ways of working across entire Microsoft Suite. Your focus: translate real business problems into robust M365 solutions—designed for usability and built with security, compliance, and lifecycle in mind.

Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, developers, and security/compliance partners to ship improvements end‑to‑end.

1. Design secure M365 solutions
   Analyze business needs and design/implement technical solutions in M365 with the right information architecture, permissions model, and governance guardrails.
2. Harden collaboration & data access
   Partner with Security/Compliance/IAM to align external sharing, guest access, site/team lifecycle, DLP policies, data retention and deletion, and conditional controls; drive least‑privilege practices and permission hygiene at scale.
3. Intake & triage requests
   Operate a structured intake: clarify requirements, validate fit with global architecture & standards, provide solution options and estimates, or route to engineering when complexity requires it.
4. Document & scale
   Publish how‑to guides, patterns, and reusable templates (site/team templates, provisioning packages, app/power flow blueprints) so others can implement the same solution safely.

Must‑haves

• Deep Microsoft 365 knowledge with a focus on security, governance, and compliance—including sensitivity labels, retention policies, external sharing controls, and lifecycle management for Teams and SharePoint sites.
• Hands‑on experience with SharePoint Online and Teams: site architecture, permissions, and secure collaboration patterns.
• Understanding of identity and access concepts (Azure AD/Entra groups, guest access, conditional access basics).
• Ability to translate business requirements into secure, scalable M365 solutions, balancing usability with compliance.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Purview (information protection, DLP, records management) and governance best practices.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills to explain security and governance principles to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Fluent English; organized, proactive, and collaborative mindset.

Nice to have

• Exposure to advanced compliance features (eDiscovery, Insider Risk).
• Knowledge of intranet governance (content lifecycle, publishing standards, metadata strategy).
• German language skills.
