Your Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented and structured Manual Tester to ensure the quality and reliability of our web-based SaaS platform. You will play a key role in validating new features, identifying bugs, and maintaining test documentation to support both pre-release and post-release testing efforts. The ideal candidate has experience using Jira, Postman, and is comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and execute manual test cases for new features, bug fixes, and

regression testing.

• Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and

checklists.

• Perform functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing to ensure the product

stability and quality.

• Use Jira to log, track, and verify defects, ensuring clear communication with developers and product owners.
• Use Postman to perform manual API testing and validate data flows between systems.
• Participate in post-release verification and monitor bug fixes in production.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to understand

requirements and define test coverage.

• Provide clear and structured test results and feedback for continuous improvement of QA processes.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Manual QA Tester, preferably in a SaaS or web-based product environment.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, including functional, regression, and smoke testing.
• Hands-on experience with Jira for issue tracking and Postman for API testing.
• Ability to write structured test cases, test documentation, and checklists.
• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to testing.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in an agile setup.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows is a plus.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with basic SQL or Cypher for data validation.
• Knowledge of automation testing tools or frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Selenium) is a plus.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and release management processes.
