Role Description
This is a full-time Junior Product Manager role based in Warsaw. The Junior Product Manager will be responsible for:
Verification and handling of reservations
Support for agents and cooperation with partners
After-sales service
Introducing and updating tourist offers
Conducting product analysis and advising on the best promotional and sales activities
Constant monitoring and optimization of the price of the offer (package, hotel, flight)
Monitoring and analysis of the effectiveness of undertaken sales activities
Inventory management
Identifying product opportunities and defining product requirements
Qualifications
Market Research, Product Development, and Product Management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience with data analysis and interpretation
Knowledge of Blue Vendo, MerlynX systems
Previous experience in the tourism industry
Fluent Polish and professional English language skills, in both written and verbal
