As a
Senior Business Consultant
, you will be working for our client, a leading global financial institution driving large-scale transformation across its international businesses and operations. You will be shaping and defining strategic change initiatives, designing target operating models, and leading consulting projects that deliver measurable business value. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will be engaging with senior stakeholders to design innovative, data-driven, and pragmatic solutions that enhance customer experience, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen the organization's competitive advantage in an evolving financial landscape.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Leading consulting engagements and managing delivery across transformation initiatives
  • Designing, developing, and deploying target operating models and business solutions
  • Facilitating stakeholder discussions to drive alignment and resolve conflicts
  • Identifying innovative solutions leveraging emerging technologies and best practices
  • Managing risks, dependencies, and issues across multiple projects
  • Providing strategic insights and clear communication to senior stakeholders
  • Supporting business case development through financial and data analysis
  • Managing and mentoring junior consultants to ensure high-quality delivery
  • Driving adoption of agile and change management methodologies
  • Monitoring project progress and producing reports on performance and outcomes

You're ideal for this role if you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in business consulting or transformation initiatives
  • Proven track record in operating model and proposition design
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycle and agile methodologies
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience in business and financial modelling and data-driven decision-making
  • Deep knowledge of change adoption and transformation frameworks
  • Ability to define problems, assess solutions, and manage project risks effectively
  • Strong understanding of banking operations and regulatory environments
  • Experience managing teams and leading cross-functional projects
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English

It is a strong plus if you have:

  • Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, or Agile PM
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma or process improvement initiatives
  • Familiarity with design thinking methodologies
  • Experience in commercial strategy or due diligence projects
  • Domain expertise in Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, or Risk Management
