AI CREATIVE DIRECTOR

MIEJSCE PRACY: Kraków

GŁÓWNE ZADANIA:
  • rozwijanie i testowanie narzędzi w kontekście efektywnego tworzenia contentu zarówno kreatywnego, jak i e-commercowego (na kartę produktu) dla marek answear i PRM
  • współpraca z zespołem projektowym nad wdrażaniem przetestowanych narzędzi w workflow pracy działów graficznego oraz sesji foto/video
  • wsparcie zespołów oraz prowadzenie projektów z podwykonawcami w zakresie tworzenia contentu z wykorzystaniem AI
  • aktywny udział w doskonaleniu technik i narzędzi AI tworzących content oraz zespołów, które z nich korzystają, w tym planowanie potrzeb szkoleniowych
  • wykorzystywanie narzędzi AI do generowania grafik, konceptów wizualnych, moodboardów
  • eksperymentowanie z różnymi modelami AI w celu uzyskania określonego stylu, nastroju i estetyki projektu
  • wsparcie w opracowywaniu pomysłów kreatywnych, Key Visuali i kampanii reklamowych w obszarze digital, BTL, eventów, offline i wideo
  • tworzenie strategii kreatywnych opartych na analizie danych, trendów i insightów
  • dbanie o spójność marki w komunikacji wizualnej
OCZEKIWANIA:
  • biegłość w korzystaniu z narzędzi generatywnych AI oraz umiejętność łączenia ich z tradycyjnymi programami graficznymi i wideo
  • kilkuletnie doświadczenie w roli Art Directora/AI Art Directora przy projektach dla znanych marek
  • rozumienie procesów tworzenia contentu na potrzeby płatnych kampanii digitalowych,
  • umiejętność myślenia koncepcyjnego i łączenia estetyki z efektywnością
  • portfolio, które potwierdza doświadczenie w tworzeniu kampanii reklamowych i koncepcji wizualnych
  • zdolność do samodzielnej pracy oraz prowadzenia zespołu przez cały proces twórczy
  • wysokie poczucie estetyki, wrażliwość wizualną i niestandardowe podejście do pomysłów
