Your Responsibilities

  • Help develop and maintain our AI chatbot and other intelligent data tools
  • Work on AI use cases such as predictive models, automation, and semantic search
  • Collaborate with business experts and developers to translate ideas into prototypes and scalable solutions
  • Support the integration of AI components into our existing data and IT landscape
  • Continuously learn and experiment with new technologies and methods

Our Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in AI/ML development, data science, or software engineering
  • Solid understanding of machine learning workflows, LLMs, and data pipelines
  • Experience with Python and frameworks like LangChain, scikit-learn, or TensorFlow
  • Familiarity with SQL, data warehousing, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, etc.)
  • Curiosity and drive to explore new ideas and technologies
  • Communicative knowledge of Polish and English
  • Travel with the team to Germany 1-2 times per year
  • CV in English
