Achieve your ambitions – join us at JLLRole PurposeThe primary objective of the role is to manage supervised roles / units in order to provide agreed level of services, defined by targeted KPIs in line with policies and procedures. This role is also responsible for supporting company growth by ensuring proper level of resourcing and proper level of knowledge within teams. Responsibilities:People development and coachingProvision and maintenance of relevant knowledge amongst team peers especially when attrition comes in placeMaintenance of employee satisfaction to ensure acceptable level of attritionEnsure quality communication across AP teams and JBS departmentsRisk resources planningRegular analysis of the KPI and creating proper action plans to reach target levelsEnsure provision of daily operations in timely and quality manner in line with KPIsStrong focus on the client relationship management via regular meetings/phone callsCreate action plans basing on customer survey and / or ongoing client's feedbackSupporting M&A projectsSupport implementation of financial systemsRequirements:FLUENT spoken & written English; fluency in other European languages, is an advantageSolid understanding and knowledge of AP processesPractical experience with Polish VAT regulations is nice to haveExperience in managing a teamGreat communication skillsProblem Solving AbilitiesPlanning and organisational skillsAnalytical & logical thinking skillsAbility to work in a multinational environmentSound like you?
