We're looking for a
Data Migration Specialist
to join our dynamic team and play a key role in our global IT transformation journey — helping migrate data and configurations from legacy systems to our next-generation CRM/ERP platform (Microsoft Dynamics 365) as part of the OneHearingCare program.

What tasks are waiting for you?

  • Analyze source and target systems, develop migration plans, and define data cleansing and transformation requirements
  • Use appropriate tools and scripts to extract, cleanse, transform, and load (ETL) data into target systems
  • Validate data quality and ensure functional accuracy post-migration
  • Monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies
  • Document mapping, migration logic, and lessons learned to ensure continuous improvement
  • Ensure all activities adhere to compliance, governance, and data security standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders globally to ensure successful project delivery

  • Hold a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a related field
  • Have experience with data migration, ETL processes, or database management (e.g., SQL, scripting, or data migration tools)
  • Possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Show excellent communication skills in English – both written and spoken
  • Are structured, proactive, and thrive in collaborative environments
  • Are open to occasional travel (10–20 days/year)
