ABOUT THE JOB:

For our Corporate division in POZNAŃ Poland we are looking for an:

SSC AR&TR Manager

What will your daily responsibilities include in this role?

• Oversee the Accounts Receivable and Treasury teams (+35 employees), including cash allocation, cash collection, credit management, factoring, outgoing payments and cash flow forecasting processes
• Oversee Reporting and Analytics team, responsible for KPIs and SLAs data delivery
• Manage and develop the team to achieve performance targets and ensure career growth
• Support strategic initiatives across the company and develop SSC strategy
• Build strong partnerships with company Functions (Sales, Customer Service, Finance) to resolve issues, align roles and achieve common objectives
• Acting as point of contact for all process/people related escalations
• Monitor aging reports and implement strategies to reduce overdue balances.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Prepare AR reports and provide insights to senior management.
• Lead process improvements and automation initiatives as well as drive standardization and simplification of accounting processes
• Support internal and external auditors to ensure efficient, effective audits

Our requirements:

• University degree in economics / finance;
• Min. 3 years of experience as Finance Manager or 5 years' experience as Finance Leader;
• Very good English in speaking and writing, second European language (e.g. French, Spanish, German) would be an asset;
• Strong knowledge of AR processes and financial controls
• Organised, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Power Point), advanced digital dexterity, good knowledge of technical reporting requirements;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
