The KYC Analyst is an entry-level position responsible for gathering all of a customer's relevant KYC data during periodical Customer review or account opening process. The overall objective of this role is to ensure that client information is kept up-to-date and all relevant KYC processes are done in a timely manner. Partner with internal Stakeholders to assist with the preparation, refresh, due diligence and approval of the electronic Know Your Client (KYC) record and supporting appendices. Searching for Client information on different internal and external sources e.g. Google Apply now to be a part of our multicultural and dynamic team English written and spoken French written and spoken (as an asset) Practical use of Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Excel, Word) Analytical approach and curiosity factor Good Internet and Research skills Effective Time management skills Ability to tasks prioritization Business Acumen, Credible Challenge, Laws and Regulations, Management Reporting, Policy and Procedure, Program Management, Referral and Escalation, Risk Controls and Monitors, Risk Identification and Assessment, Risk Remediation.
