OverviewKrakow Broking Team collaborates closely with UK Teams consisting of brokers and consultants. We provide complex support in choosing the best healthcare insurance as well as risk management products, in accordance with our clients' needs and objectives. The main activities include reviewing the market, making insurers' offer analyses, drafting reports and performing calculations.
As an Administrator of our team, you'd be responsible for providing administrative and analytical support for the UK brokers' team in terms of available insurance policies, but also for implementing new solutions to facilitate our process. If you are keen on problem solving and finding room for improvement – this role may be just for you
Our office is located in Krakow, and we offer hybrid work setting with the number of days on-site dependent on your availability and willingness to joins us in the office.
This is maternity cover for 18 months.

What the day will look like- Analysing and verifying insurance documentation and client data in line with our procedures – we work on big datasets concerning our products, and we analyse them using mostly MS Excel.
- Cooperating with insurers and brokers in order to process market review information.
- Preparing market review reports summarizing insurers' terms and processing documentation related to the chosen policies.
- Providing system updates based on market review documentation.
- Suggesting changes to tools and documentation to support effective service delivery, streamline the process, and bring value and innovation to clients.
- Actively attending meetings with the team, internal clients, and partners.
