Job Title
Business Analyst Automotive with English

Job location:
Warsaw/Poland

You will be responsible for:

• Handling the big number of data and files when required

• Understanding of the business processes in scope of the project

• Preparing and running the standard and ad-hoc reports with cooperation with the client

• Handling business related mails with the internal and external clients

• Other administrative and office related work related to the in-scope activities.

• Creating and updating the procedures and instructions for the supported processes

• Monitoring, reporting and control of defined processes and service deliverables.

• Active participation in team and service meetings and calls

• Drive effective Continuous Process Improvement by gathering improvement needs and ideas, authorizing execution and coordination to successful implementation.

We require: 

• Good knowledge of MS Office tools (MS Excel, MS Word, etc.)

• Experienced in MS Excel (Medium or Advance)

• Automotive Industry related knowledge or experience

• Knowledge of Automotive terminology including the financial systems and processes

• Good communication skills

• Fast learning skills capabilities

• Strong incidents and problems solving skills.

• Good knowledge of written and spoken Polish

• Good knowledge of written and spoken English

• Ability to work on the client site with the interactions with the clients.

• Strong problem solving and facilitation skills.
