About the Role

As a Associate Analyst, Third Party Diligence, you will:

  • Execute third party diligence, including identity verification, customer, partner and supplier screening, engagement-level risk assessments etc. following a defined processes and utilising dedicated tooling.

  • Identify and escalate materially relevant issues, identified as part of your day-to-day duty.

  • Work closely with members of the broader organization, including Risk & Compliance, Sales, Sourcing and Procurement, Accounts Payable and other business functions, to ensure smooth process delivery and timely escalation.

  • Contribute to the development and delivery of the enterprise-wide Third Party Risk Management program and the associated projects.

About you

You are fit for the role of Third Party Diligence Associate Analyst, if you background includes:

  • You're naturally curious, eager to learn and grow. You're comfortable with ambiguity and strive for excellence. You have a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

  • You understand risk and compliance, sales, sourcing, contract management, payment processes, due diligence objectives etc.

  • You speak fluent English, communicate effectively and efficiently.

  • You're capable of following guidelines and instructions, but have a keen eye to spot areas where improvement is possible.

  • You have experience with managing stakeholders while working in a global, complex environment.

  • Ideally, you have good working knowledge of KYC, AML, anti-fraud, sanctions checks etc.

  • Preferred: Microsoft power automate, Power BI, API interoperability, data structure design and technology automation skills are of great benefit.

This role is offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract (maternity cover), with the possibility of conversion to a permanent position upon completion of the term.

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations.

For Poland, the base compensation range for this role is 67,900 PLN - 126,100 PLN.

Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
