Production Planner

About the Role:

Based at our site in Skarbimierz, Poland, this role is part of the EMEA Planning Team and is responsible for developing and managing short- to medium-term supply plans to meet customer demand.

The Production Planner will focus on ensuring customer orders are delivered on time and in full, maintaining close coordination between our UK-based planning team and local operations in Poland. You will play a key role in improving the accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness of our planning processes, supporting the continuous improvement of Zotefoams' EMEA supply chain.

Role Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the UK-based planning team on material supply requirements for the Poland plant.
• Translate demand signals into a rolling 12-week production and materials plan.
• Schedule production through key manufacturing stages, balancing customer OTIF and operational efficiency.
• Communicate clearly with Customer Service and Logistics teams on material availability and delivery timelines.
• Identify and mitigate supply risks to ensure service level and inventory targets are met.
• Support and contribute to Zotefoams' S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) process.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across planning and supply chain processes.

What you'll need:

• 3–5 years' experience in demand or supply planning, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
• ERP experience (D365 preferred).
• Strong IT and analytical skills, including experience with tools such as Power BI.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and commercial awareness.
