About The Role

The
Junior
Accounts Payable Accountant
will be responsible for
processing invoices
from
suppliers
across the
EMEA region
. Since the
volume of invoices
processed in
Oracle
is high and
deadlines
are
tight
, the ability to
work under pressure
is essential. In this role, you will
cooperate closely
with suppliers and
internal departments
.

On a daily basis, you will work together with
16 colleagues
and report directly to the
Accounts Payable Team Leader
.

You will start with an
intensive induction program
, followed by
additional training
tailored to your individual needs.

What Will You Do

  • Register supplier invoices
  • Investigate invoice disputes daily
  • Prepare and run reports in Excel (daily, weekly, monthly) and resolve open queries
  • Reconcile supplier statements and manage disputes
  • Archive and file documents in line with country legislation
  • Assist with other accounting tasks as required

Who You Are

  • Learn fast and adapt quickly to new systems and processes
  • Focus on detail and accuracy
  • Communicate fluently in English (C1) and German (B2)
  • Use MS Office with strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
  • Understand accounting principles and be numerate
  • Experience from a similar role will be an advantage
