• Take full ownership of tasks: design, build, test, deploy, monitor.

• From scratch to production — development of core customer-facing products.

• Automating everything: from infrastructure (IaC) to deployments.

• Getting hands-on with code — Python, Rust, are our go-tos.

Professional Experience. At least 5 years of experience as a full-stack developer.

Knowledge. Proven record of delivering real-world production apps.

Backend Experience. You have strong backend experience with + SQL.

Architecture. You have designed and delivered backend solutions, making informed decisions on architecture, database selection, scalability, and cost-efficiency while understanding key system design trade-offs.

AWS Experience. You have hands-on experience deploying and running applications on AWS.

Search Infrastructure. You have practical experience designing, maintaining, or optimizing search and indexing systems such as Elasticsearch, Open Search, or comparable technologies.

Frontend Skills. You have frontend skills with React, , and TypeScript.

CI/CD Expertise. You have hands-on experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and know how to use Docker effectively.

Production Debugging Skills. Logs, monitoring, issue tracing.

Learning. You have the willingness to expand into Rust or Python.

Thinking. You bring an entrepreneurial mindset, approaching tasks with structure and a smart use of resources.

Communication. Your transparent communication supports our team and product development.

Education. You successfully completed your bachelor's degree in computer engineering or similar.

Language Skills. English (C1- C2)
