About the role As a Product Analyst on the Integration Solution team you will meet with customers daily to define, review, and document requirements based on joint discovery sessions. You will collaborate with other team members on solutions and best practices. You will configure integration in the Magnit IO Platform and work with customers on user acceptance and validation testing. You will also partner with product engineering and the quality assurance team on the development of new enhancements for Magnit VMS.
The Product Analyst role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative team and enjoys solving customer challenges within a SaaS framework.You'll act as a subject matter expert in integrations and application capabilities, reporting to the VP of Integration Solutions.The role involves analyzing complex customer requirements and designing solutions using Magnit's Integration Platform and VMS application. Responsibilities include documenting requirements, supporting testing phases, and transitioning solutions to internal teams. You'll contribute to customer success, product enhancements, and the strategic direction of Magnit's integration offerings.
What you will do

• Lead joint integration design sessions with customers
• Research and define requirements for integrations between the Magnit IO platform and customer or partner systems
• Become a SME on Magnit VMS functionality and Magnit IO integration capabilities and configuration
• Consult both internal and external teams on the capabilities of the Wand application and Magnit IO Platform as needed
• Review and approve functional specification documents for accurate business requirement documentation
• Collaborate with a variety of teams within the organization to convey solution requirements for development, testing and training
• Drive client integration requirements to use best practices
• Configure new integrations within the Magnit IO platform
• Assist with analyzing, resolving, and determining if escalation is required for raised operational support tickets
• Define product enhancement for the UI, Reporting, Integrations and back-office functions of the Wand application
• Participation in UAT (user acceptance testing) sessions and end to end solution validation testing as needed
• Consult both internal and external teams on the capabilities of the productized integrations between the Wand application and our partners
• Support Sales initiatives related our Integration offerings and capabilities

What you will need

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience
• 3+ years experience in software business requirement gathering
• 3+ years in software/integration solution and design
• Experience and/or strong understanding of the non-employee workforce industry (VMS experience preferred)
• Experience with cloud-based software (SaaS) integrations
• Experience with SaaS software implementation processes
• Knowledge in application development lifecycles
• Experience in data analysis, and strong understanding of integration best practices and patterns
• Extensive experience in all desktop applications, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and strong skills using Microsoft Viso
• Experience with integration architecture patterns and web services technologies (APIs)
• Experience with SOAP, REST web services, integration technologies
• Familiar with all integration transfer protocols and extensive understanding of SFTP
• Familiar with proper data handling related to PII standards and regulations
• Ability to read and analyze XML, JavaScript, JASON and SQL
