As a
Senior Reconciliation & Fund Operations Analyst
, you will be working for our client, a leading global investment bank serving over 200 million customers across more than 160 countries. In this role, you will support the Trustee team within Markets and Securities Services, ensuring collective investment and pension funds operate in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements. You will play a critical role in protecting the interests of fund investors by monitoring compliance, resolving discrepancies, supporting onboarding processes, and contributing to process improvements and technical enhancements across the team. This is a dynamic position offering substantial growth in the investment banking sector.

Location:
Warsaw-based opportunity with a hybrid work model (3 days/week in the office)

Rate:

  • Employment contract (UoP): 8 000 – gross/ month
  • B2B: – PLN/ month
  • We also offer the possibility to work under a civil law contract (umowa zlecenia)

Your main responsibilities:

  • Support the team in providing high-quality depositary monitoring services to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Maintain professional relationships with clients and third-party administrators
  • Clarify and resolve inconsistencies between internal data and information from clients or vendors
  • Respond timely to standard and non-standard queries, maintaining proper business correspondence
  • Coordinate onboarding of new clients, processes, and solutions within the team or department
  • Maintain and update Static Data based on incoming requests
  • Support Business Managers with ad hoc tasks when necessary
  • Initiate and execute technical improvements within the team or department
  • Analyze and redesign current processes to enhance productivity and efficiency
  • Apply professional judgment in interpreting data and results

You're ideal for this role if you have:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Financial Services, ideally in investment funds, reconciliation, or fund accounting
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
  • Ability to work in a structured, high-volume, time-sensitive environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented approach to work
  • Ability to work independently as well as proactively within a team
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Experience supporting process improvements and operational efficiencies
  • Confidence in communicating with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders

It is a strong plus if you have:

  • Certifications in financial or operational processes
  • Experience with technical tools or automation in fund reconciliation

Language required for the role:

  • Fluent Polish and English
