Junior Lawyer

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing day-to-day legal support to business units, with a focus on corporate and commercial law, including Pepco Group operations across foreign jurisdictions
• .Drafting and reviewing a wide range of corporate and commercial documents, including shareholders' resolutions, board resolutions, powers of attorney, corporate policies, and commercial contracts
• .Maintaining corporate documentation and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal policies
• .Supporting regulatory filings and handling communication with external law firms and regulatory authorities
• .Monitoring legal and regulatory developments relevant to the company's operations and ensuring appropriate internal dissemination
• .Coordinating document execution processes, managing internal and external approval workflows, and ensuring proper archiving of executed documents
• .Collaborating closely with other departments (including Group Legal, Compliance, and Finance/Tax) to deliver integrated, business-aligned legal support
