About the Role

Hiring: F# Developer

We are seeking an experienced
C# / F# Software Developer.

Location: Wroclaw

Mode of Work: WFH/Hybrid

Exp: 5+Years

Rate:
110–150 PLN/hour, based on experience and skills. Open to negotiation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain applications using
    C# and F#
  • Develop
    ASP.NET Core
    services and RESTful APIs
  • Apply
    functional programming concepts
    (immutability, pattern matching, composition) where appropriate
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Write high-quality, testable, and well-documented code
  • Review code and provide constructive feedback to peers
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and technical improvements
  • Support CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–8 years of professional software development experience
  • Strong proficiency in
    C# and .NET (Core / 6 / 7 / 8)
  • Working experience with
    F#
    , or strong functional programming background with willingness to deepen F# usage
  • Experience building
    backend systems, APIs, or microservices
  • Solid understanding of
    software design principles and patterns
  • Experience with
    unit and integration testing
  • Proficiency with
    Git
    and modern development workflows
  • Experience with
    SQL databases
    and data modeling
