As a Manufacturing Cost Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing production costs and providing data to support business decision-making. This role is a key link between finance and production – your analyses will directly impact the plant's cost efficiency and overall profitability of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze production costs and prepare unit cost calculations.
  • Create financial reports and analyses that support decision-making.
  • Prepare budgets and forecasts and perform variance analysis.
  • Collect and organize operational data in close cooperation with production departments.
  • Monitor and control costs, initiating optimization activities.
  • Support the Financial Controller in reporting and controlling tasks.
  • Improve and develop analytical tools (Excel, Power BI, ERP).

Qualifications

  • Higher education in economics, mathematics, physics, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in finance, controlling, or cost accounting.
  • Knowledge of cost accounting (fixed/variable costs, unit cost calculation).
  • Very good knowledge of Excel; Power BI and SQL are a plus.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics / Business Central preferred).
  • English proficiency at B1/B2 level.
  • Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills.
