Trade Operations Specialist
z językiem francuskim.

Nasze wymagania:

  • Znajomość języka
    angielskiego
    oraz
    francuskiego
    na
    poziomie zaawansowanym (C1).
  • Doświadczenie w obsłudze klienta.
  • Mile widziane doświadczenie w logistyce i operacjach transportu drogowego.
  • Doskonałe umiejętności komunikacyjne.
  • Umiejętność współpracy z zespołami międzyfunkcyjnymi oraz pracy pod presją czasu i w warunkach napiętych terminów.
  • Szybka adaptacja do nowych narzędzi IT.
  • Znajomość systemów harmonogramowania będzie dodatkowym atutem.

Obowiązki:

  • Tworzenie harmonogramów dostaw ciężarowych w celu zapewnienia terminowej i ekonomicznej realizacji dostaw do punktów detalicznych oraz klientów B2B w ramach procesu "Order to Delivery".
  • Opracowywanie i optymalizacja dokładnych, opłacalnych i terminowych planów dostaw.
  • Zapewnienie, że zaplanowane dostawy są zgodne z procedurami bezpieczeństwa, zasadami operacyjnymi oraz wymaganiami klientów.
  • Prawidłowe ustawienie "truck diary" w systemie harmonogramowania.
  • Uwzględnianie problemów z dostępnością produktów i zaopatrzeniem w konfiguracji systemu harmonogramowania.
  • Przydzielanie zamówień do odpowiednich pojazdów.
  • Współpraca z zespołami zaangażowanymi w proces "Order to Delivery".
  • Pełnienie roli głównego punktu kontaktowego dla przewoźników – informowanie kierowców o koniecznych zmianach w planie.
  • Obsługa zapytań klientów dotyczących zmiany lub modyfikacji zamówień, ocena zasadności i możliwości wprowadzenia zmian w harmonogramie oraz współpraca z zespołem planowania.
  • Przyjmowanie pilnych zamówień i tworzenie ich w ramach obowiązujących zasad realizacji dostaw.
  • Analiza i rozwiązywanie reklamacji klientów.
