Summary

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations and ensure a smooth employee experience. This role combines local HR administration, onboarding, employee support, and recruitment coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare employment contracts and manage employee documentation in line with Polish Labor law

  • Coordinate payroll processes with ADP, including data collection, verification, and monthly changes

  • Coordinate pre-employment and periodic medical examinations (medycyna pracy)

  • Administer employee benefits (private medical care, Multisport, company cars, mobile phones)

  • Organize onboarding processes (IT equipment, access, workplace setup)

  • Maintain personnel files, HR documentation, and internal procedures

  • Support recruitment processes and candidate communication

  • Organize mandatory H&S (BHP) training, internal meetings, and company events

  • Support internal communication and resolve employee-related issues

Job requirements

  • University degree in Human Resources, Administration, Economics, Psychology, or a related field

  • Experience in an HR Generalist or similar role in Poland

  • Practical experience with payroll coordination, preferably with ADP

  • Good knowledge of Polish Labor law and HR administration processes

  • Experience working with external payroll providers

  • Experience working with international companies

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • High attention to detail, confidentiality, and reliability

  • Fluent in Polish and English (spoken and written)
