We are looking for a skilled and motivated Power BI Developer to join our client's team (via Optiveum) This is a 100% remote role for someone passionate about data and visualization who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

You will design and maintain interactive reports and dashboards that empower business users with insights, working closely with stakeholders to transform raw data into actionable information.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Build efficient data models and implement best practices.
• Connect and integrate multiple data sources (Oracle, Excel, cloud services).
• Write and optimize DAX and Power Query (M) expressions.
• Ensure data accuracy, quality, and performance.
• Collaborate with teams to define KPIs and reporting strategies.
• Automate report refresh processes and monitor performance.
• Stay up to date with Power BI innovations and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or in a similar BI role.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI Desktop & Service, DAX, and Power Query.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and relational databases.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Stable work history.
• Nice to Have
• Experience with Power Automate / Power Apps.
• Familiarity with Azure Data Services or cloud-based data solutions.
