Dołączysz do strategicznego programu transformacyjnego, którego celem jest zbudowanie nowoczesnej, zintegrowanej platformy płatnościowej obsługującej procesy krajowe i międzynarodowe. Projekt realizowany jest w metodyce Agile/Scrum, w strukturze squadów złożonych z Product Ownerów, analityków, architektów, deweloperów i testerów.

Środowisko pracy jest międzynarodowe i dynamiczne, z codzienną współpracą z zespołami z Polski oraz strukturami grupy zagranicznej.

Business Analysis Expert

Twój zakres obowiązków

  • Prowadzenie działań analitycznych w projekcie transformacji systemu centralnego (rola wiodącego analityka w strumieniu).
  • Współpraca z Product Ownerem przy definiowaniu roadmapy, backlogu i celów sprintów.
  • Priorytetyzacja backlogu i dekompozycja wymagań biznesowych na epiki i user stories.
  • Analiza i modelowanie procesów biznesowych (BPMN, event storming, story mapping).
  • Facylitacja warsztatów z interesariuszami biznesowymi i IT.
  • Koordynacja zależności i wymagań między jednostkami organizacji oraz dostawcami zewnętrznymi.
  • Wsparcie zespołów developerskich i testerskich w implementacji oraz odbiorach UAT/OAT.
  • Tworzenie i utrzymywanie dokumentacji analitycznej w Confluence.

Nasze wymagania

  • Minimum 3–5 lat doświadczenia w roli Analityka Biznesowego, najlepiej w sektorze bankowym.
  • Wiedza w obszarze płatności (krajowe, SEPA, SWIFT, PSD2).
  • Doświadczenie w pracy z narzędziami do analizy i dokumentacji procesów: UML, BPMN, Visio, Sparx EA, , Miro.
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość JIRA i Confluence.
  • Doświadczenie w pracy w Agile/Scrum (planowanie sprintów, refinement, review).
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego w stopniu umożliwiającym codzienną komunikację z zespołami międzynarodowymi.
  • Doświadczenie w projektach integracyjnych i systemowych (API, middleware, core banking).
  • Praca w środowisku międzynarodowym (współpraca z vendorami, grupami kapitałowymi).
  • Zdolności przywódcze i proaktywne podejście w prowadzeniu warsztatów i procesów analitycznych.
