Experience:

Hybrid working needed from Wroclaw or Krakow, 3 days.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced
Adobe AEM Full Stack Lead/Sr AEM developer
to drive the design, development, and delivery of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, ensure best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end development of AEM-based solutions, including architecture, component development, and integration with backend systems.
  • Manage and mentor a team of AEM developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and project timelines and develop complex components/Templates/integration points.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, UX designers, and QA teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
  • Implement and optimize AEM workflows, templates, and components for multi-channel digital experiences.
  • Integrate AEM with third-party systems (CRM, DAM, Analytics) and ensure seamless API communication.
  • Drive performance tuning, security hardening, and deployment automation for AEM applications.
  • Stay updated on AEM and related technologies, introducing best practices and innovations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong experience in
    Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
    architecture and development (Sites, Assets, Templates, Components).
  • Proficiency in
    Java, J2EE, Spring, OSGi
    , and
    Sling framework
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    front-end technologies
    : HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React/Angular.
  • Knowledge of
    RESTful APIs
    ,
    GraphQL
    , and integration patterns.
  • Experience with
    CI/CD pipelines
    ,
    Cloud deployment (Adobe Cloud, AWS)
    , and
    DevOps practices
    .
  • Familiarity with
    Adobe Marketing Cloud
    ,
    Dispatcher configuration
    , and caching strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Adobe Certified Expert – AEM Sites Developer or Architect.
  • Experience in
    Headless CMS
    and
    SPA Editor

  • Exposure to
    Agile/SAFe methodologies
    and global delivery models.
