We are looking for a skilled
Mid React Developer
to join an innovative project in the insurance technology space. You will be part of a greenfield initiative designed to revolutionize the way insurance agencies operate, working on a platform that spans the entire insurance lifecycle.

About our client:

Our client is a leading US-based InsurTech platform delivering digital solutions for insurance agencies. Their platform helps top insurance brokers improve customer engagement and loyalty by providing seamless online experiences. The company works with major insurers and brokers, including AXA, Zurich, and Aviva, and is now developing a next-generation, AI-powered platform to streamline the entire insurance lifecycle—from digital submissions and renewals to multi-carrier quote comparisons and e-signatures.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and implement new features for a next-generation insurance platform
  • Work in a Scrum-based, sprint-driven team
  • Use AI-assisted coding tools daily to enhance development
  • Ensure code quality and stability with unit and end-to-end testing
  • Collaborate closely with fellow developers, product team, and leadership
  • Report directly to the VP of Engineering / Team Lead

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of commercial frontend development experience
  • Strong proficiency in
    React
  • Experience with
    TypeScript
  • Familiarity with version control systems (preferably Git)
  • English at
    B2 level or higher
    (speaking & writing)

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience with
  • Experience with AI-driven development tools
  • Unit testing (Jest) and end-to-end testing (Cypress) experience
  • Familiarity with CI/CD workflows
  • Performance optimization experience

Other details:

  • Remote work with covering hours
    9:00–17:00 CET
    to coordinate with US team
  • Team size: 4 developers + 1 BA (1 Architect, 1 Senior Dev, 2 Mid Devs, 1 Mid BA)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with distributed teams across time zones is a plus
  • Laptop provided: MacBook
