We're looking for a candidate who will:

• Assist in collecting, cleaning, and validating data from internal systems.
• Support the creation and automation of dashboards and reports.
• Help identify and streamline manual data processes through automation.
• Collaborate with teams to understand data needs and reporting requirements.
• Ensure data handling complies with internal policies and regulations.
• Respond to ad-hoc data requests and provide insights based on analysis

You will be directly involved in day-to-day project operations, gaining business-specific exposure from professionals with different areas of expertise within Group Real Estate and Supply Chain (GRESC). Your team
You will be working for the UBS Group Real Estate and Supply Chain in our Krakow office. Our function is part of the Group Human Resources & Corporate Services within Group Functions and supports UBS by driving UBS's real estate and PropTech strategy as well as all related services globally (e.g. facility management). We are responsible for driving UBS' sustainability strategy for our own operations. We manage the Strategic Delivery Locations globally – comprising UBS and vendor operated delivery sites from which offshored and outsourced services are provided to the rest of UBS. We furthermore are advancing our global procurement strategy and identifying and delivering sourcing opportunities that provide optimal value and drive digitalization through our platforms.

You will join the Workplace Services & IFM Transformation team, a dynamic group of dedicated professionals known for their energy, collaboration, and commitment to excellence.

As a Category Intern for Real Estate and Logistics, you will engage with colleagues across local, regional, and global functions, contributing to strategic, operational, and compliance-driven projects and initiatives. Your role will be pivotal in driving data-informed decisions and supporting transformation efforts across the organization.

Your expertise
We're looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

• Data Analysis & Interpretation – Ability to work with datasets and extract meaningful insights.
• Technical Proficiency – Familiarity with tools like Excel, Power Point. Power BI knowledge is a plus.
• Communication Skills – Clear and effective written and verbal communication (Polish and English)
• Problem Solving – Analytical thinking to address data-related challenges.
• Attention to Detail – Precision in handling and validating data for accuracy.
