Job Description
We are looking for a committed person for the position of
Training Administrator
to support our team in the area of developing the competencies of the dealer network in Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Ukraine. The person in this position will be responsible for coordinating training processes, ensuring efficient communication with service recipients and analyzing training needs.

You Will Be Responsible For
Working pattern

• Coordination of training processes – from enrollment of participants to their support at every stage of implementation
• Manage our training platform - creating and updating content, managing communication and current system task
• Analyze training needs and support the development of teams using our services
• Prepare and organize training spaces to ensure effective learning and participant comfort
• Take care of the image and readiness of the Training Center, ensuring it reflects professionalism and quality
• Collaborate with trainers and the central organization to build an inspiring development environment
• Create reports, materials, and presentations that support decision-making both within the organization and for service recipients
• Building a positive experience for training participants, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
• Salary is up to gross 1800 EUR monthly
• Office Location: Nadarzyn
• Permanent position
• 40 hours weekly

Qualifications

• Native Polish and Fluent English both written and spoken (Additional language as Ukrainian, Russian, Lithuanian, Estonian a plus
• Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Very good work organization and independence in operation
• Showing initiative and active participation in tasks and projects
• Knowledge of the MS Office package (MS WORD, MS, Excel MS Power Point, Outlook)
