Team leader / Manager Działu Spedycji Międzynarodowej

Twój zakres obowiązków

  • zarządzanie i rozwijanie swojego zespołu,
  • pozyskiwanie klientów i zleceń na terenie Europy, na produkty FTL oraz LTL,
  • negocjowanie z klientami warunków współpracy i standardów obsługi,
  • sporządzanie umów i monitorowanie ich realizację,
  • nadzorowanie procesu obsługi klienta i prowadzone działania operacyjne,
  • monitorowanie jakości oferowanych usług,
  • optymalizowanie działania w obszarze rozwiązań transportowych i rozwijanie nowych możliwości w obszarze produktu

Nasze wymagania

  • znasz w praktyce branżę TSL i rynek transportowy,
  • posiadasz min. 2 letnie doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku,
  • potrafisz organizować własny czas pracy, chcesz się rozwijać.

3. To czas dla Ciebie na zapoznanie się z naszą ofertą. Bez względu na to jaką podjąłeś decyzje, daj nam znać.

4. Rozmowa z Managerem – forma rozmowy do uzgodnienia.

5. Rozmowa z Prezesem – online, bo zdajemy sobie sprawę, że czas to pieniądz, a odległości są po to by je skracać.
