Summary

The international IT-company Andersen invites an experienced Product Owner for a global insurance leader. The project focuses on developing AI solutions to enhance life insurance underwriting and managing the Evidence Ingestion product.

The customer is a world-leading provider of reinsurance, primary insurance, and related risk solutions. With operations spanning over 160 countries, it supports insurers globally by underwriting risk and offering advisory services. The company employs tens of thousands of people and maintains a diversified portfolio across life, health, property, casualty, and specialty lines. Known for financial strength, innovation in risk modelling, and a long history of resilience, it serves as a cornerstone in the global insurance ecosystem.

The project is focused on developing advanced AI solutions to enhance life insurance underwriting through intelligent agents and co-pilots that deliver analytical insights to partners. It also includes managing the Evidence Ingestion product and refining the go-to-market strategy based on customer input and real-world feedback.

Responsibilities

• Leading the lifecycle of AI solutions, from concept through launch and continuous improvement, with a focus on Life Insurance distribution management.
• Overseeing the development and refinement of AI-powered agents and co-pilots, ensuring they meet user needs and deliver business value.
• Managing the strategic direction, development, and enhancement of the Evidence ingestion product, ensuring seamless integration and data quality.
• Developing and execute clear, compelling product messaging and positioning for external markets and internal stakeholders.
• Building strong relationships with customers and distribution partners to gather requirements, solicit feedback, and drive continuous product improvement.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in a product owner or product management role, ideally within technology or financial services, for 4+ years.
• Working knowledge of AI and ML concepts, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into customer value.
• Solid understanding of Life Insurance distribution or related financial services sectors.
• Proven ability to engage, influence, and align diverse stakeholders, including technical teams, senior leadership, and external clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of delivering clear, concise, and persuasive messaging.
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
