As an AMS Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will support client hiring managers with filling their vacancies to target start dates, ensuring all quality thresholds and SLAs/KPIs are met.

You will deliver excellent recruitment services to the client in line with agreed service levels, acting as the custodian of candidate quality and the hiring manager experience.

Using a range of data you will be led sourcing insights to determine the best hiring strategy for each requisition, leveraging data, historic hiring trends, and market analysis to find the best talent in the market.

Key Accountabilities

What you'll be doing:

• Leading an end-to-end recruitment process for EMEA.
• Facilitating the interview and selection process.
• Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with business leaders.
• Consulting with Hiring Managers on hiring needs and priorities.
• Identifying process improvements and managing client expectations.
• Producing timely and accurate management information, keeping system updated.
• Delivering results against client SLAs, KPIs and team objectives.
• Undertaking market mapping projects.

Skills & Experience

What you need to have to be successful:

• Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes and focused on EMEA market, working directly with Hiring Managers.
• Very good communication skills and ability to build long-lasting relationships with candidates, clients and teammates.
• Customer focus and the ability to manage senior stakeholders.
• An analytical mind, attention to detail and practical approach.
• Previous international exposure to working with different geographies and cultures
• Capable of dealing with ambiguity and everchanging priorities
• Fluency in English and Italian both written and spoken.
