Responsibilities

  • Performing basic HR tasks for ABB employees from CH & HQ
  • Dealing with the electronic data files,
  • Entering the data to SAP regarding the organizational changes and other related to employee life cycle,
  • Providing the answers to employee's HR questions via Ask HR Ticketing System.

Requirements

  • To be enrolled at a university with valid student status
  • Very good (at least B2 level) English and German skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work in teams
  • To be interested in HR
  • Availability: min. 20h/week (flexible working hours and hybrid mode)
