Team Connect is Poland's leading nearshore and offshore IT provider. Since 2008 we successfully create and develop software for our clients.

We specialize in Agile and DevOps-based software development – from the analysis stage through implementation. We develop backend, frontend, and mobile applications.

Currently, we're looking for:

AI Consultant

Location: remote

Your tasks:

  • Analyzing AI tools and workflows used by the client

  • Identifying areas for optimization and automation in the software development process

  • Recommending and implementing AI solutions to support developers (e.g., code generation, code review, test automation)

  • Conducting audits of AI tools in terms of efficiency, security, and compliance with organizational policies

  • Improving testing and quality assurance processes using AI

  • Collaborating with IT, security, and operations teams to integrate proposed solutions

  • Monitoring AI/ML trends and proposing innovative technological solutions

  • Conducting workshops for client teams on AI tools

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with AI/ML tools in IT environments

  • Good understanding of development processes (DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing)

  • Ability to perform analyses, technology audits, and prepare recommendations

  • Practical knowledge of IT security in the context of AI implementations

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with both business and technical clients

  • Knowledge of modern AI tools supporting software development (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, CodeWhisperer) is a strong advantage
