We are looking for experienced Release Managers to join an international program in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The project involves managing releases across approximately 30 integrated systems, working within dedicated streams, gathering release requirements from stakeholders, and planning deployments together with delivery teams. The role reports directly to the client's Lead Release Manager.

This is a great opportunity for professionals with a strong background in SAFe, release planning, and enterprise-scale delivery who are comfortable working in multicultural environments.

Location: Hybrid – 50% onsite in Riyadh, 50% remote.

Contract length: 3 months with possibility of extension.

Your responsibilities

  • Collect and consolidate release requirements from stakeholders.
  • Plan and coordinate system integrations and deployments across multiple teams.
  • Ensure alignment with SAFe release trains and Agile best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with international teams and manage dependencies.
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to the client's Release Manager

Our requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Release Manager, Agile/DevOps Coordinator, or similar enterprise-scale delivery role.
  • Strong knowledge of SAFe (Release Trains), Agile methodologies, and ITIL practices.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), CI/CD, APIs, and IT integration.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to work effectively in international and cross-functional teams.
  • Certifications (preferred): SAFe RTE / PMP / ITIL v4 / Agile Scrum Master
