The primary responsibility of this role is to coordinate all designing and implementation process of controls, policies and procedures at local and global level.

Analyse and identify financial and operational risks and follow up additional risk identified by internal or external audit.

Coordinate all activities in order to be sure that all BG will be in compliance according to all requirements included in SOX program and Financial Policy Compliance Program. 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute ICFR testing plan and develop the timeline of each testing by working with key stakeholders.
  • Follow up control activities with all cross functional teams.
  • Follow up (internal and external) in order to ensure that all risks identified have been mitigated with the correct controls.
  • Execute the ICFR testing for all Vestolit entities.
  • Analyze all new corporate policies, guidelines and controls with high impact in operational procedures as ISO.
  • Follow up and communicate status updates related to different programs.
