We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team in Warsaw. This role will play a critical part in driving key financial planning and analysis processes across a complex and fast-paced business environment.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise, advanced financial modeling skills, and solid business acumen, while collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and demonstrating a proactive mindset.

This role involves supporting a confidential business segment and therefore demands a high level of discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Support the entire financial planning cycle, including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, long-term strategic planning, and short-term transformation initiatives.

• Partner with regional finance and business teams to deliver actionable insights and performance analysis

• Prepare and deliver monthly financial reporting packages, variance analyses, and key performance metrics

• Contribute to management presentations and business reviews with clear storytelling and data visualization

• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, tools, and data quality

• Support ad hoc analysis, cost optimization efforts, and investment evaluations as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

• 4+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or business analysis

• Strong understanding of financial statements, forecasting techniques, and business driver

• Proficient in Excel and financial modeling; experience with financial stems such as OneStream, Tableau a plus

• Experience with SAP in a manufacturing environment

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and proactive mindset

• Proven ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities

• Fluent in English, additional language skills are a plus
