Szukamy doświadczonego Project Managera, który potrafi prowadzić złożone projekty technologiczne w środowisku dużych instytucji finansowych. To rola dla osoby, która rozumie proces tworzenia oprogramowania, potrafi dbać o płynność delivery i komunikację z interesariuszami, a jednocześnie swobodnie porusza się w technicznych aspektach projektu.

Zakres odpowiedzialności
  • W tej roli będziesz prowadzić projekty end-to-end, począwszy od planowania i organizacji pracy zespołu, przez nadzór nad realizacją, aż po proces wdrożenia i odbiorów.
  • Będziesz współpracować z developerami, testerami, analitykami i architektami, dbając o efektywny przepływ pracy oraz eliminowanie blockerów.
  • Do Twoich zadań należeć będzie zarządzanie harmonogramem, budżetem i zakresem, a także odpowiedzialność za jakość dostarczanego oprogramowania.
  • Kluczowym elementem będzie prowadzenie komunikacji z Klientem, prezentowanie postępów i uzgadnianie priorytetów.
  • Oczekujemy, że pomożesz identyfikować ryzyka, usprawniać proces delivery oraz dbać o przejrzystość działań projektowych.
  • W ramach codziennej pracy będziesz współtworzyć backlog, doprecyzowywać wymagania i utrzymywać regularny rytm projektowy.
Wymagania
  • Minimum 5 lat doświadczenia jako Project Manager w projektach IT.
  • Doświadczenie w prowadzeniu projektów wytwarzania oprogramowania (preferowane środowisko finansowe).
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość metodyk Agile i pracy w cyklach iteracyjnych.
  • Zrozumienie całego procesu SDLC oraz współpracy z zespołami technicznymi.
  • Doświadczenie w pracy z narzędziami takimi jak Jira i Confluence.
  • Wykształcenie techniczne lub pokrewne oraz swoboda w dyskusjach technicznych.
  • Wysokie umiejętności komunikacji i odpowiedzialność za dostarczanie wartości.
  • Doświadczenie w prowadzeniu komunikacji z Klientem po stronie biznesowej lub IT.
Mile widziane
  • Zrozumienie procesów analizy, inżynierii oprogramowania i testowania.
  • Doświadczenie we współpracy z bankami lub instytucjami finansowymi.
  • Praca z zespołami rozproszonymi lub wieloma strumieniami projektowymi.
  • Certyfikaty Agile/Scrum/PM.
  • Umiejętność prowadzenia warsztatów i zbierania wymagań.
