Your role in the Team
Join our dynamic Frontend Engineering team with a focus on our institutional business where we're revolutionizing trading through innovative React Native applications for mobile and web. You'll be instrumental in delivering seamless, high-performance mobile experiences that empower traders to make split-second decisions in fast-moving financial markets. Our team is at the forefront of frontend fintech innovation, directly impacting how hundreds of thousands of users engage with trading platforms daily.

What You'll Do

• Participate in the development of complex React Native features for our award-winning trading platforms, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
• Architect scalable mobile solutions that handle real-time financial data streams and high-frequency trading operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver features that drive business growth
• Provide a focus for changes needed within the Prime institutional business allowing adaption for multiple brands to use the platform for their needs and as they prescribe
• Drive mobile-first innovation, implementing cutting-edge technologies to stay ahead in the competitive fintech landscape

• Frontend Specialist : Someone who can deliver sophisticated React Native applications that handle complex financial data and real-time market updates
• Performance Optimization Expert: A developer passionate about creating lightning-fast mobile experiences that can process high-frequency trading data without compromise
• Cross-Platform Specialist: Experience building robust applications that work seamlessly across iOS and Android while maintaining native-level performance
• Financial Technology Enthusiast: Interest in fintech domain with understanding of trading platforms, market data, and the unique challenges of financial mobile applications
• Collaborative Attitude: Proven ability to work in agile, cross-functional teams and driving technical excellence
• Quality-Focused Developer: Strong advocate for testing, code quality, and engineering best practices in a regulated financial environment

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of React Native development experience with a proven track record of delivering production mobile applications
• Experience with React Native Web is a plus.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, React hooks, Redux/Context API, and mobile development best practices
• Experience with native mobile development (iOS/Android) and ability to write custom native modules when needed
• Solid understanding of react performance optimization, including memory management, rendering optimization, and efficient API integration
• Experience with real-time data handling, WebSocket connections, and high-frequency data updates in mobile environments
• Knowledge of mobile CI/CD pipelines, specially Gitlab, automated testing frameworks, and app store deployment processes
• Familiarity with financial services or trading platforms is highly desirable but not essential
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
