We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Business Partner to join our Global Operations Finance Business Partnering team. In this role, you will support both recurring and ad hoc analysis and reporting across factories and central functions, drive standardization, and ensure high data quality in close collaboration with Financial Controlling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support recurring financial analysis and reporting activities
  • Drive ongoing standardization of reporting and analytical processes across Global Operations
  • Provide support on ad hoc tasks and cross-functional projects
  • Act as a key link between Global Operations Finance Business Partnering and Financial Controlling to ensure data accuracy and consistency
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across global operations to deliver actionable insights
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support business decision-making
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics, providing recommendations for improvement
  • Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within financial reporting and analysis
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Participate in cross-functional projects, including system implementations and business transformation initiatives
  • Provide financial guidance and support to operational teams, fostering a culture of cost awareness and accountability

Required Competencies:

  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data visualization)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent Stakeholder management and communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team

Scope of the Role:

This is a global role with exposure to various functions and geographies within the organization. The successful candidate will contribute to financial transparency and decision-making across the Global Operations landscape.
