Tokinomo is one of the most successful retail-tech scale-ups in CEE, known for our award-winning in-store marketing robot that brings products to life directly on the shelf.
Our technology is trusted by major retailers and international FMCG brands in 35+ countries, transforming how shoppers engage with brands in-store.

Now, we're looking for a Senior Sales Executive in Poland to drive our growth in this strategic market.

Your Role

As our Senior Sales Executive, you'll take the lead in developing Tokinomo's presence in Poland — building relationships with senior retail decision-makers, brand marketing leaders and marketing agencies.

You will:

  • Identify, approach, and close partnerships with marketing agencies, retail chains and FMCG manufacturers
  • Conduct product demos and strategic sales presentations
  • Negotiate commercial terms and contracts
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closing
  • Represent Tokinomo at industry events and trade shows
  • Report on pipeline activity and share market insights with the global sales team

 What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years' experience in B2B sales or business development (RetailTech, FMCG, Trade Marketing, or Martech)
  • Proven track record of closing deals with senior retail or brand stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in Polish and English
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, strong ownership, and self-motivation
  • Existing personal network/connections within the Polish retail / FMCG market is a strong advantage
